We go on 7:00 to 8:30! Join us at Rebel Road Cooperative Farm for an afternoon and evening of education & activism, a delicious locally grown meal provided by women farmers, silent auction and hopefully a rager of a sunset. All of this and more to some great tunes by local performers; Midnight Ramblers, Becca Biggs and Random Ideas. Against the backdrop of a gorgeous view and spectacular surroundings, we’ll be raising funds with a goal of $2,500 for The Mabel Wadsworth Center, Maine Family Planning and Planned Parenthood of Northern New England. If you’ve been feeling like “doing SOMETHING!”- this is the thing! We’ll start the afternoon hearing from Abbie Strout from The Mable Wadsworth Center in Bangor about access to reproductive care and abortion in Maine and efforts to provide care to pregnant people traveling from hostile states. The ladies of Dogpatch Farm, Turtle Rock Farm, Heart 2 Harvest and Herbal Revolution will be coming together to provide a delicious feast complete with herbal mocktails. We’re raising funds for the Mabel Wadsworth Center and Planned Parenthood with 100% of profits going straight to these two organizations. It’s an event not to be missed.
